#TruthBombMon do you know how important it is to set boundaries for yourself? If you don't set healthy boundaries, you are likely to constantly be at the mercies of others. This means you allow others to tell you how to think, act, and feel. It also means you tend to spend your time and energy doing what others want you to do over what you deep down want to do. I was a people’s pleaser all my life, and I never had any identity so I was easily influenced by others people’s opinions and thoughts had none for myself thought and believed everyone was better than me so they would know better and I always wanted to be “nice”, I wanted to be accepted. Believe me I know it’s difficult but if you don’t people will walk all over you. And here’s the thing it’s very good to be kind, loving and caring but you NEVER want to be a doormat for people to walk all over you all the time. Personal boundaries are the limits you decide work for you on how people can treat you, how they can behave around you, and what they can expect from you. . . You would notice this in relationships, with your partners, sometimes families, friends and sometimes even strangers. And most of the time you keep asking yourself “why does this ALWAYS happen to me?” And most of the time it’s because you believe that is what you deserve. Let me explain a little you MIGHT want the love and respect in your head but because of either past traumas, or what you’ve always observed growing up with or probably what people have TOLD you SUBCONSCIOUSLY you believe that. And if subconsciously you believe that then consciously the universe will give you people, partners, situations, jobs, bosses like that. . . So what do we do? The first step can be learning more about yourself, and giving yourself the time and space to do so (in other words, watch the self judgement and recognise this will be a process, not a quick destination). A great start can be journalling and reading self-help books. Boundaries are not set in stone. As you learn more of who you are and experience personal lessons in life, you will change. जी हां, ये अधिकतर बिकनी पहनकर या फिर बिना कपड़े पहन कर ही योगा करती है। ये योग ट्रेनर के रूप में पूरी दुनिया भर में जानी जाती है, इनके सोशल मीडिया पर लाखों फैंस है। हैरानी की बात तो यह है कि इतनी कम उम्र में नताशा के इंस्टाग्राम और फेसबुक पर 2 लाख से ज्यादा फॉलोवर्स हैं।

साथ ही उनके बारें में बताया जाता है कि वह कही भी योग करने लग जाती है, उनकी बॉडी इतनी लचली हो चुकी है कि वह अब जैसा चाहे अपनी बॉडी को घूमा सकती है।

#TruthBombMon JEALOUSY . . What I have experienced and understood about jealously is that it stems only from our own insecurities. When we feel insignificant, or not worth it, we doubt our own capabilities. We feel jealous because we feel like there is something lacking in us. In the first week of level 2 I really struggled with this. But I was aware, very open and came face to face with my wounds. . . When I saw people do these amazing things with their bodies that I couldn’t even imagine. I got angry with mine. I thought if I had sticks as legs then binding or putting my hands through padamasa would be so much easier. Or if I had longer hands I would be able to do jump throughs and back effortlessly. If I had no stomach life would be easier and so on. I got so angry with my shoulder injury and blamed that and myself so invariably that whole week my shoulder was in immense pain. I kept blaming myself and the self victimisation cycle started all over again. I believe the way you talk to yourself you start healing because you aren’t living in ignorance you’re questioning and challenging your own notions. I told myself “Natasha, you have achieved so much with this body. So much now and so much more even when your body was bigger. But you still conquered. Your body listens to how you talk to it. If you’re angry with your body she and you are not going to heal. You need to give it love and be gentle with your body. So as much as you can and remember your purpose Natasha. You haven’t come here to console but to get stronger mentally and emotionally.” . . The guy who I found cute started talking to this girl and I could feel the jealously build. My mind went to thoughts like “if I had longer heart, skinner legs, tinier body, laughed more, wasn’t as crass, wasn’t as loud, where my personality wasn’t too much in people’s faces, was more ‘lady like’, probably then he would like me.” I paused. Re-evaluated my situation and asked myself “why does it even matter if he does or doesn’t like you” “why is this need for men’s attention still so prevalent. Also YOU HAVE A BOYFRIEND ! And you won’t even cheat you just like and want the drama and attention. Why? 👇🏾👇🏾
